4 pounds baby back pork ribs, cut into 4-5 racks
⅔ cup honey, divided
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup pecans, toasted and finely ground
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2¼ cups barbecue sauce
pecans, chopped and toasted for garnish

Lay each rack of ribs on a large piece of foil.
In a small bowl, combine ⅓ cup honey, pepper, paprika, salt and garlic powder. Rub both sides of each rack with 1 tablespoon of mixture. Wrap foil around ribs and fold to seal.
Place foil packets seam-side up on grill over medium heat (300 degrees). Cover and grill for 1½ hours.
Remove ribs from grill. Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray, and fire up the grill to medium high.
In a small bowl, combine ground pecans and flour. Remove ribs from foil, and press pecan mixture into the meaty side of each rack.
Combine barbecue sauce and remaining honey; drizzle over pecan crust to cover.
Grill ribs over medium heat 2-3 minutes, starting with the bare side and brushing on sauce as desired. Turn and baste the ribs until they are caramelized.
Remove ribs from grill. Before serving, sprinkle with additional pecans and remaining honey barbecue sauce.
