1 c peanut butter or almond butter
1 c honey
2 c instant rolled oats
1 c blueberries
1/2 c chocolate protein powder
1/2 c coconut flakes
1 c flaxseed

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave peanut butter and honey just until melted and stir well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into a glass baking dish and freeze one hour. Remove and cut into bars. Store in fridge for up to one week.
