Directions:Sautee the following ingredients in oil with high burning temp. Likely canola or sunflower oil. Cook until mixture is soft and blended, make sure not to brown any part of the mixture as browning will produce a bitter taste.
4 Tbsp oil 8 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, chopped 8 Tbsp Fresh Chillies, chopped 8 Tbsp Fresh garlic chopped.
Once mixture is softened and blended together add the rest of the ingredients.
4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 liter ketchup 1 cup dark beer 1 cup molasses (agave syrup) 1 cup brown sugar 12 tsp oyster sauce.
Simmer for about 10 minutes and you are good to go.
Once ribs are cooked through you can begin to brush them with sauce every so often until the meat starts to fall off the bone. |
