Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package Coleslaw (grated cabbage and carrots)
6 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 package ramen noodles (beef flavor)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
The crunchy mix - Brown the ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and slivered almonds in a frying pan with a tiny bit of oil on medium low for a few minutes until slightly brown. Once done, keep in a separate container.

The dressing mix - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, and ramen seasoning packet (I use beef flavor for this recipe). Once mixed keep in a separate container.

The coleslaw - Keep the package of coleslaw separate too.

Just before serving mix all three things together (crunchy mix, dressing mix, and coleslaw package) in a serving bowl. This is important because if you mix these ahead of time it gets soggy. DO NOT MIX UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
