3 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup sunflower seeds
4 ¼ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
3 tbsp. honey (or agave syrup)
1 dark beer
vegetable or olive oil spray

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix all of your dry ingredients. Pour the beer into the flour mixture and then the honey. Mix well with a rubber spatula and pour into a well sprayed loaf pan. The dough will be sticky and it does not require rising. Bake in the oven at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour until a toothpick test is clean.
