1 cup sugar
˝ cups butter
˝ cup milk
2 eggs
1˝ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
˝ teaspoons salt
1˝ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9 x 5 pan. Use the knife blade and process first 7 ingredients for 30 seconds. Stir it down and add the flour. Process about 5 seconds.
Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350°about 50 to 60 minutes in toaster oven. Cool before slicing.

Although I wouldn't use the food processor or toaster oven to make this recipe, I had to include it "as is" because, this is a recipe I used to bake when I had a job demonstrating food processors and toaster ovens at local department stores like Frederick & Nelson’s and the Bon Marche’ (both gone but not forgotten). I was 5 months pregnant with Anthony when I started this job. It was a wonderful experience!
