2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1/4 cup fresh chives, minced
1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Whole wheat bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl. Stir in onions, chives, blue cheese, and cayenne pepper. Cut bread into rounds (1 1/2 to 2 inches). Spread with one tablespoon of cheese mixture. Place on a baking sheet and freeze. After they are completely frozen you can put in a Ziploc bag. When ready to serve preheat oven to 350º. Bake for 15 minutes and then sprinkle with paprika.
