1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup honey
3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Using a stand or handheld mixer, blend peanut butter and honey well. Add oats and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix well, by hand if necessary.
Use a small cookie scoop and make golf ball size balls, rolling between hands and place on wax paper-lined cookie sheet. Can be eaten immediately, or refrigerate, layering between sheets of wax paper.
