2 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites ( stiffly beaten)
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the cream cheese and the sour cream
Then add the sugar and vanilla
Next fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites
Spoon mixture into graham cracker crust
Bake at 350º for 30 Minutes
