15-20 Banana Peppers
Cream Cheese - 8oz Softened
Container of Feta - Roasted Tomato

Directions:

Lay peppers flat and cut a 2-3" opening length wise removing flap (set aside you will need this later) Carefully remove the seeds from the banana peppers.
Take feta cheese and stuff the inside of all peppers, then take a piece of the cream cheese using butter knife spread onto feta inside the pepper. Close stuffed banana pepper using the pepper strip you removed previously.
Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray and place peppers in foil, sprinkle with water and wrap peppers up in the foil.
Place on top rack of grill for at least 1 hours. Bottom of pepper will be darkened/charbroiled.
