2-4 tbs. lemon juice
2-4 tbs. water - depending upon how thick you prefer it
1 can garbanzo beans - rinsed and drained
1/4 c. tahini
1/4 c. Greek yogurt - plain, non-fat
1/4 c. Kalamata olives

Directions:

Mix liquids in a blender or food processor first, then add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more water and salt to taste.
