2 loaves of bread (day old or stale is fine)
4 eggs
1 whole onion
4 sticks of celery
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp sage
4 cans chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter. In crock pot, tear bread into small to medium cubes add in cracked eggs (raw) celery and chopped onion. Using your hands squish ingredients together until well mixed. Add in 2 of the cans of chicken broth. Cook on low for 3 hours checking periodically and adding/stirring in additional broth as needed.
