Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 stick butter, melted
Cake:
2 sticks butter
2 eggs (organic is safest since they are not cooked in this recipe)
1 box powdered sugar
7 bananas
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the butter; mash into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 5 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven. Cake: Whip the next 3 ingredients until fluffy; spread over crust. Slice the bananas lengthwise and lay on the fluffy mixture; spread the pineapple over the bananas; top with Cool Whip.
