1 Unsliced Round Loaf Sourdough Bread
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Butter, melted
1/2 c. Green Onions, chopped finely
2-3 tsp. Poppy Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bread lengthwise and crosswise in 1" intervals, without cutting through the bottom crust. Sprinkle cheese between cuts. In a small sauce pan, combine the butter, onions and poppy seeds and heat until the butter is melted. Drizzle butter mixture over the bread. Wrap bread in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
