1 med onion finely minced
4 garlic cloves minced
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup mustard
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp butter
dash Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Over med low heat gently saute onion and garlic in the oil until soft but not browned. Add the next seven ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 min. Stir in the butter and Worcestershire and remove from heat.
