12 pieces chicken / portions to be cut into smaller pieces
6 pods garlic (crushed)
vinegar salt + pepper
1 t tumeric powder
1 T garam masala powder / cream made of curry powder
1 T chilli powder
small stick cinnamon / cardomom / cloves (4 pods each)
1 large onion chopped
1/2 C coconut cream / fresh milk

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade with crushed garlic, salt, pepper for 1 hour. Into this mixture add tumeric p., chilli p., and garam masala. Heat 1 T fat in pan and fry till light brown, onions, bay leaf + spices. Into this add chicken mixture and turn over so as to mix all spices into chicken. When almost cooked add coconut cream and 2 cups water and leave to thicken into curry sauce over low fire.
