2 heaping qts. Sliced Cucumbers
1 heaping qt. Sliced Onions
3 Green Peppers, chopped
3 Red Peppers, chopped
4 1/2 c. + 1 T. White Sugar
1 T. Mustard Seed
1 T. Salt
2 c. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cucumbers and onions in salt water overnight. (1/2 c. salt to 2 qts. water) Drain and rinse well. In a large stock pot, add remaining ingredients along with vegetables and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
