1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 large red onion, diced
1 c. grated carrots
2 stalks celery, diced
1 c. white sugar
1 c. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, carrots and celery. sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and mix well. In a small sauce pan, combine vinegar, oil, dry mustard, and pepper. Bring to a boil. pour hot dressing over cabbage mixture, mix well.

This is not called BBQ Cole Slaw because there is BBQ in it, it is called BBQ Cole Slaw because it is amazing with BBQ. This side dish is paired with BBQ Chicken, ribs or as a condiment on a pulled pork sandwich.
