Pastry for 2 crust pie
1 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
Dash Nutmeg
2 c. Rhubarb, diced
1 pt. Strawberries, hulled
2 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 crust in bottom of a 9" pie plate. Prick bottom and sides with a fork. Mix sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg. Sprinkle a small amount on the pastry shell. Combine the remaining sugar with the fruit and place in pie shell. Dot with butter. Trim and flute edges, place slits in top crust. Bake at 425º for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
