1 9" Pastry Shell
3 Egg Yolks
1 1/3 T. Flour
2/3 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/3 c. Sweet Cream
1 1/3 c. Raisins
1 c. Dates, chopped
1 c. Walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until light and fluffy. Add sugar, flour, salt and vanilla, mix until well blended. Fold in cream, raisins, dates and walnuts. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
