Pastry for 2 crust pie
2 1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Cornstarch
3 c. Blueberries
3 c. Sour Cherries
3 c. Blackberries
1/2 c. Jack Daniels
1 tsp. Lime Peel
2 T. Lime Juice
1 T. Butter or Margarine
1 Egg
1 T. Milk
Sprinkle of sugar

Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in blueberries, cherries and blackberries. Let stand about 30 minutes until juice begins to flow. Add whiskey, lime juice and peel. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens. Cool to room temperature. Preheat oven to 425º. Place one crust in pie pan. Spoon in cooled filling until even with top edge of crust (extra may be left). Dot with butter. Cover with second crust. Trim and flute edges. Cut slits into top of crust. Brush top with mixture of egg and milk. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake another 20-30 minutes until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
