48 Nilla Wafers
1/2 c. brewed strong coffee, cooled
2 squares baking chocolate, grated
1 c. fresh raspberries
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 c. cold milk
2 pkgs. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in milk, and add pudding packages; mix well. Stir in two cups of the whipped topping, place 24 Nilla Wafers in a 2 1/2 quart bowl; drizzle with 1/2 of the coffee. Top with half of the pudding mixture then one half of the chocolate. Repeat all layers. Top with remaining whipped topping and fruit. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
