1 large can Chinese Noodles
1 can Water Chestnuts, sliced
4-6 stalks Celery, chopped finely
2 cans Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 c. Water or Chicken Broth
1 medium Onion, chopped finely
1/2 c. Broken Cashews
2 c. Cooked Chicken, cut up

Directions:

Butter a 13x9 pan. Spread 1/2 of the noodles on the bottom, then layer chicken, celery, onions and water chestnuts. Continue layering, about 3 layers. In a bowl, mix soup with water or chicken broth. Pour over layers in pan. Sprinkle top with remaining noodles. Bake at 350º covered for 40 minutes. Remover cover, sprinkle on cashews and bake another 20 minutes, uncovered.
