Pork tenderloin, season salt, garlic powder, virgin olive oil with whole garlic cloves, kosher salt or coarse sea salt, sour cream, and horse radish

Directions:
Amount of tenderloin depends on servings needed. Season meat with season salt and garlic powder. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. Mix olive oil with garlic powder and either kosher salt or sea salt, more or less garlic and salt to taste. Make enough to coat all sides of meat. Preheat grill on high until hot. Sear meat on both sides. Time will vary depending on how hot your grill gets. If grill is very hot turn down to med high. Close cover and cook for 10 min. each side. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 min. Slice into medallions and serve with sour cream and horse radish sauce.
