1/2 lb. Swiss Cheese, sliced
4 Eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/3 c. Light or Heavy Cream
1/4 c. Swiss Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Heavily butter the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Line baking dish with the sliced cheese. Break the eggs over the cheese and season with salt and pepper. Pour the cream over the eggs. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until set.
