5 lbs. boneless beef short ribs
1 whole onion, sliced
4 tbsp. garlic salt
4 tbsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse ribs then put them into a pot of boiling water until you see foam. Remove ribs and rinse them again to remove foam. Clean the pot and restart cooking the ribs in boiling water for 3 hours. Add seasoning, sliced onion, and Worcestershire sauce and continue cooking ribs for an additional one hour or until tender. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. After the ribs are tender, remove from the pot and place on a baking sheet. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce (of your choice) and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
