1 lb of ground beef
1 tsp minced onion
1/2 cup raw rice
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp basil
1/3 cup of grated cheese
1 and 1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
3/4 cup of milk
2 cans of tomato soup
2 and 1/2 cups of water
1/4 tsp of worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 lb of ground beef in a large bowl, and add: 1 tsp of minced onion, 1/2 cup of raw rice, 2 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp of basil, 1/3 cup of grated cheese, 1 and 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper and 3/4 cups of milk. Mix together well. Once well mixed, place your desired shape of meatballs in a casserole dish. Overtop the meatballs in the casserole dish, pour in the 2 cans of tomato soup, 2 and 1/2 cups of water, 1/4 tsp of worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 cup of chopped onions. Make sure the sauce is evenly distributed across the meatballs. Bake at 350ºF for an hour and fifteen minutes.
