1-8oz. Package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese at room temperature
1 tin of chopped or minced clams – drain but RETAIN the juice
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
some seasoned pepper
1 Tablespoon finally chopped onion or onion juice

Directions:
Directions:
Make this the day before serving and chill.
Cut clams into very fine pieces. Put aside.
Mash cheese in warmed bowl until smooth. Stir in other ingredients EXCEPT clams, adding clam juice gradually until desired thickness.
Fold in clam pieces. Chill.
(Drink leftover clam juice with tomato juice and vodka.)
