Chinese style BBQ Spareribs Recipe

1 rack of ribs ( not country style): baby back ribs are the best with this
1tbsp.Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. of sugar or honey or corn syrup
1 tsp. of cooking sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and set aside.
Trim as much of the fat off the ribs as you can, and then slice through each rib, cutting off the bottom pieces and use them individually.
Using a large roasting pan, line it twice with aluminum foil (for easier clean up)
Brush the mixture on both sides of the ribs, and marinate the ribs overnight.
Preheat oven 350º
Roast ribs for 30 minutes on each side.
(If you would like to BBQ on the grill, skip the step about slicing it individually and just BBQ as a whole rack. and cut it after.
BBQ on med. heat for about 45 minutes, turning it every 15 minutes)
