2 cups (c.) of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon (tsp.) of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon (tsp.) of salt
1/2 cup (c.) of butter
3/4 cup (c.) of brown sure
2 beaten eggs
2 1/3 cups (c.) of mashed overripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2) IN a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar.
3) Stir the eggs and mashed bananas until well blended before mixing the mixture into the flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
4) Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
5) Bake in the preheated oven for 60-65 minutes (min.), until a toothpick inserted into the center of the load comes out clean.
6) Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes (min.) before turning it out onto a wire rack.
