3 Tbs. olive oil
2 large onions, diced
2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Nature’s Seasoning*
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Caramelize diced onion in olive oil over medium heat, stirring frequently to avoid scorching, until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes). Set aside and allow to cool to room temperature.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Nature’s Seasoning, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Fold in cooled onion mixture. Chill at least 1 hour or overnight, prior to serving. Serve with kettle chips.

Dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
*Note: If you don't have Nature's Seasoning, you can substitute celery salt. However, I highly recommend Nature's Seasoning, it's good stuff.
