Part One:
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 cup margarine
2 - 3 tbsp. sugar
Part Two:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. icing sugar
1/2 tub of cool whip
Part Three:
2 1/2 c. milk
2 small pkgs. of pistachio pudding
1/2 tub cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine part one and pat into bottom of 9 X 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 until lightly browned. Cool.
Mix part two. Spread evenly over part one.
Beat part three and spread evenly over part two.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
