1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 medium bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, stir together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix with a hand mixer. Separately, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into the butter mixture until smooth and combined. Fold in the sour cream, pecans, and bananas by hand. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
