3/4 c. Sugar
3 T. Flour
Dash of Salt
4 Eggs
2 c. Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla NILLA wafers
5 to 6 medium fully ripe Bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/2 cup sugar, flour and salt in top of double boiler. Mix in 1 whole egg and 3 egg yolks. Reserve egg whites for topping. Stir in milk. Cook uncovered over boiling water, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Spread small amount on bottom of 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Cover with a layer of NILLA wafers. Top with a layer of sliced bananas. Pour about 1/3 of custard over bananas. Continue to layer wafers, bananas and custard to make 3 layers each ending with custard. Beat remaining egg whites until stiff, but not dry; gradually add remaining 1/4 cup sugar and beat until mixture forms stiff peaks. Pile on top of pudding covering entire surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 425º for 5 minutes or until delicately browned. Serve warm or chilled
