4 c. Sugar
1 pint White Karo Syrup
3 pints Coffee Cream ( Do not use Half & Half)
1 T. Vanilla
1/3 c. Pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar, syrup and 1 pint of coffee cream into a sauce pan. Cook to a soft ball - 235 degrees, using a candy thermometer. Add 2nd pint of cream and cook to 235 degrees again. Add the 3rd pint of cream and cook to a hard ball, 260 degrees on the candy thermometer. Remove from heat and add vanilla and pecans. Pour onto a greased cookie sheet with sides. When cool, cut into small pieces and wrap in waxed paper.
