Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 stick Margarine, melted
1 c. Sugar
Dash of Salt
1/2 c. Walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. Lemon Peel, grated

Glaze:
Mix juice of 1 large Lemon and 1/3 c. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and baking powder. Add eggs, margarine, sugar, salt, nuts and lemon peel. Blend well. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Let bread set for 5 minutes in the pan, then pour on glaze. Let set for another 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool on a rack.
