"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Trim fat off brisket. Dry well with paper towels. In a large dish/pan, lay out a double layer of heavy-duty foil large enough to wrap brisket in. Lay brisket on foil. Spread/sprinkle with dry soup mix. Turn brisket over & do the same to other side. (If brisket is large, use 1 envelope on 1 side & a 2nd envelope on the other side.) Wrap brisket up so it is sealed in foil. Bake overnight at 225-250º.
