10 large potatoes
1/2 of a medium onion
1/2 c. butter + 1/2 c. butter melted for topping
2 cans cream of chicken soup - Campbell's
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. pepper
1 red bell pepper - diced
3 c. shredded cheddar
1/2 packet of ranch dressing - Hidden Valley
3 c. Corn Flakes - for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a greased 9x13 pan or 11x7 pan. Top with the following: 3 c. Corn Flakes and 1/2 c. melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º.

20 potatoes with a double recipe works great to put in large tin pans for catering. A 5 lb tub = Approximately 9 cups.
