1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
1 can red beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can hominy (golden preferred)
1 packet taco seasoning (Old El Paso or Pace)

Brown the meat, garlic and onion together in a skillet until meat is done. Drain fat. Put into a crockpot and add the remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 2 to 6 hours. Serve with corn chips and grated cheese.
