1 lb. beef tenderloin or chicken, thinly sliced
1/4 c. onion; pureed
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, minced
1-2 green onions, chopped
2 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. brown sugar
pinch of black pepper, to taste
1 tbs. sesame oil
1 tbs. roasted sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Set meat aside, mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. Add the thinly sliced meat to the mixture, stirring to coat well. Marinate in refrigerator for one hour. Marinate overnight for tougher/thicker meats or for bolder flavor. After marinating, remove from mixture and sauté until cooked through. Serve with rice, in lettuce wraps or lo mein. Enjoy!
