1 9inch pie crust, baked and cooled
5 to 6 peaches, peeled and sliced
1 C. light cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/3 C. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
Whipped cream or ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange peach slices in baked shell. Combine cream, vanilla, eggs and all but 1 tablespoon of the sugar; beat until well blended. Pour around peaches in shell. Dot with butter over tops of sliced peaches. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour, until crust is golden brown and filling is set. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
