3 lb cooked Chickpeas, drained
8 oz tahini
3 oz Lemon juice more if needed
4 oz Olive oil
1 head roasted garlic
2 T kosher salt
Ground black pepper as needed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in Robocoup, Puree in batches adding water as needed to thin. Adjust seasoning as needed with lemon juice and garlic. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
