32 ounces Greek Low-Fat Yoghurt
1 English Cucumber, seeded, peeled, grated
1 Garlic cloves minced
1 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1 ounce Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 tsp Lemon Zest
2 tsp Fresh Dill, chopped
1 T Kosher salt
1 T Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions:

Stir together yoghurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl. Add lemon zest, dill, and salt and pepper, whisk until smooth. Cover and let sit in refrigerator for 4 hours. Serve.
