¼ cup butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. paprika
10 skinless chicken thighs
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup milk
1 cup sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan melt butter. Remove from heat and stir in flour, paprika and poultry seasoning. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place in an ungreased 13 x 9 in. baking dish. Spread butter mixture over chicken.

In a bowl whisk mushroom soup and milk; add mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Bake, covered, at 350ºF for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until chicken temperature is 180º. Serve over rice if desired.
