1 x 9” deep dish Pie Shell
8 oz Bulk Pork Sausage
Ό cup Green Onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
½ of 10 oz pkg frozen chopped Spinach, cooked and drained (5/8 cup-I use more)
½ cup Herb- seasoned Stuffing Mix
1 ½ cup Montery Jack Cheese, shredded
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 ½ cup Half & Half
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° Bake pie shell. Remove from oven, set aside. Reduce temp to 375°. In med skillet cook sausage, green onion, garlic over med-hi heat ‘till sausage is done, stirring occasionally. Drain. Stir in spinach and stuffing mix. Sprinkle first cheese, then sausage in shell. In bowl, combine eggs and half&half with fork or whisk, until mixed well, but not frothy. Pour eggs over sausage mix in shell. Bake 30 min. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 15 min or until a knife inserted off-center comes out clean. Let stand 10 min before serving.
