2 lbs Beans
1 lrg Onion, diced
2 Tbsp minced Garlic
2 tsp Cumin
¼ tsp Marjoram
1 piece Salt Pork, diced
1 fresh, or up to ¼ cup canned, Jalapeño – chopped
3 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
1 ½ bunch Cilantro, washed and stems removed

Directions:
Directions:
Sort, wash and soak beans overnight. Add onion, garlic, cumin, marjoram and jalapeño. Simmer until beans are tender. Stir occasionally. Cook about 1 ½ - 2 hours. Add tomato, cilantro and cool uncovered.
