3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
Small bag of baby carrots
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 lbs. stew beef
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. flour
1 cup CONDENSED beef broth
8 oz. tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Add the potato, carrots, onion and beef into the bottom of the crockpot. Mix the soy sauce, spices and flour. Add the broth and tomato sauce and whisk with a fork until everything is well combined. Pour it over the meat and veggies and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. If you are in a hurry, you can cook it on high for about 4 hours.

There is nothing better on a cold day than homemade beef stew and cornbread or a biscuit. This beef stew can simmer all day while I go about my business and at dinner time the veggies are tender and the stew meat just melts in your mouth.
