Ingredients:  
1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons melted butter, 4 cups milk scalded and cooled. 5 medium potatoes boiled & mashed fine. When lukewarm put in one cake yeast soaked in a little water. Add flour to knead. Raise twice. Roll thin. Spread with butter sugar & cinnamon. Bake when raised in medium oven. Use dough for buns, raised doughnuts (or coffee cake by adding raisins).
