2 jars B&M beans
1 lg or 2 small peppers, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 T vegetable oil
ketchup and yellow mustard as desired, approximately 1/4 cup each
3 fresh jalapeņos, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and pepper in vegetable oil until golden (watch as the onions tend to burn if not stirred). Add beans plus ketchup and mustard to taste. Stir and just cook slightly until ready to serve.

**For SPICY baked beans, saute three fresh unseeded jalapeņos (cut into 1/2" rings) when you fry the onion and peppers.**
