4 Cups Rhubarb
⅔ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Sifted Flour
⅛ tsp. Salt
¾ Cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
1 Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Butter or Margarine
Whipped Cream or Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place rhubarb and ⅔ cup sugar in 1 ½ quart baking dish. Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Sift flour and salt add rolled oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter to form fine crumbs. Spread over rhubarb.

Bake 40 - 50 minutes

Serve warm or cold topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
